1969. Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos ROYALE clock, cal. 526

A marvel of engineering and technology since the beginning of its production in 1930s, the Jaeger LeCoultre ATMOS clock is still the closest man has ever come to creating perpetual motion. The ATMOS literally "lives on air", drawing its motive force from minute changes in ambient room temperature and barometric pressure.

The Atmos clock is one of the most difficult clocks a repairer will encounter at the bench. This clock should only be serviced by a experienced watchmaker. Repairs should not be attempted by anyone without proper training. Of course, access to original and genuine Jaeger-LeCoultre Atmos parts is essential.
